Chairman and CEO
Andreas Y. Gruson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of FleetGenius, LLC. Mr. Gruson has over 25 years of experience in the environmental services industry in the United States and Latin America.
Beginning in 2021, Mr. Gruson has served as a board member of Big Belly Solar, LLC. Since 2014, he has served as Executive Chairman and Chief Sustainability Officer of Compology, Inc. From 2017 through 2019, Mr. Gruson was Chairman of Estre Ambiental, Inc. (Brazil). Beginning in 2018 through 2019, he served as Chairman of Wastequip Inc. Until its sale to Veolia Environnement in 2018, Mr. Gruson was Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee of Grupo Sala, S.A. (Colombia). From 2004 to 2007, he was Chairman and CEO of Regus Industries, LLC, a solid waste logistics and disposal company based in the Northeastern United States.
Mr. Gruson holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2015, he has been a Director of Squash Urbano Colombia, an non-profit organization focused on bettering the lives of underprivileged children in Colombia through a rigorous combination of educational programs and squash.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in the solid waste container management and maintenance industry. Steve has helped define and innovate the container management service industry. Steve has personally managed the delivery of millions of containers throughout the United States. Steve has helped create custom industry-leading task management software for container management that is currently being used by FleetGenius and a variety of private and Municipal waste haulers.
Tricia has over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry in the United States leading both finance and operational teams. Tricia brings with her strong solid waste operations management knowledge and expertise plus a finance background. Tricia has played a strong role in leading our team to collaborate across all facets of the business from finance to operations across the country.
