Container Management

FleetGenius receives your container inventory and records all assets received by the container manufacturer. Your cart inventory is loaded and accurately tracked in our asset management system.
Turn-Key Integration
On a daily basis, FleetGenius receives electronic work orders for delivery, removal, or container exchanges from your back-office system. We upload those work orders to our system, which enables us to have real-time visibility into our drivers’ performance, optimizes routing efficiency, and generates service verification for every task. Our drivers record every work order with digital service verification in our system with a picture, geo-code, and notes, which are shared back to you transparently and seamlessly.
Real-Time Service Data
Our service data is available in real-time along with GPS coordinates and tracking. Access to this data quickly resolves customer service issues and provides up-to-the-minute service verification. This real-time service data is available to you and your staff at all times.
Carts
All carts in need of repair travel to our container repair department. First, a FleetGenius team member cleans and deodorizes each unit. Next, we identify the repair issue, which could include wheels, lids, tears, or cracks. We use our patented plastic welding process, Poly-Welding, to fix cracks.
FleetGenius tracks carts that can be warrantied and sends them back to the manufacturer. If a container cannot be repaired or warrantied, we recycle the item and our customer receives the recycling rebate. From beginning to end, each container is tracked and cared for in a controlled and organized system. FleetGenius delivers bottom-line savings to your company with outstanding customer service.
